eBioCenter Launched its new portal – eBioPoster San Diego, CA - July 21, 2009 - eBioCenter Launched its new portal – eBioPoster, an open online platform of poster presentation for life science information exchange, peer communication, and resource sharing. It takes big efforts to prepare scientific posters that may only be presented briefly and viewed by limited audience in a conference. Visiting a good poster and meeting the author(s) may be missed due to schedule conflicts during conference. There is an unmet need for poster presentation, viewing and discussion for a period of time through a much bigger venue. eBioPoster is designed to extend the scientific communication and networking via internet, which is not to be bounded by time and distance. “We hope that eBioPoster can be the virtual venue that meets the needs of researchers for conveniently presenting their posters and developing collaboration with peers”, said Dr. Xiangming Fang, Chief Scientific Officer of eBioCenter Corporation. Scientists are encouraged to utilize this platform to share their research results globally in scientific community. Viewers can leave comments, ask questions, and discuss with authors. A network through your field of interests can be built to facilitate scientific collaboration and career development. Poster submission is free of charge by any organization or individual. Posters for commercial purpose are welcome. Posters will be submitted, viewed, commented, discussed, and rated by the eBioPoster Users. Readers’ voting for favorite posters in each category will be held periodically. Winners will receive awards and prizes. Our ultimate goal is to promote scientific communication and networking, collaboration, resource sharing, vendor-buyer interaction, career and business development.
